Atmospheric Overspray

This part of my BFA exposition was focused on the layering of glazes and glaze components to produce surfaces reminiscent of wood and soda firing techniques, but in a standard ^10 reduction kiln. This process involved over 150 glaze tests on functional pieces that incorporated a dropped-rim, an design influence from Warren MacKenzie.
