In Phoenix, there is Rene Andrade, the Nogales-born chef taking over Grand Ave. On my first visit to Bacanora, I watched him come out and shake every hand in the restaurant, welcome everyone who came through the door, and fill the space with the energy of a small Sun. I knew I had to be a part of this incredible experience somehow, so we teamed up to create dinnerware built to do just that.
